These terms apply when you access spingo.ee, play SPINGO, submit a score, join a duel or share game-generated content.

1. The service

SPINGO is a free casual browser game. Features may include daily puzzles, public scoreboards, live two-player duels, share cards and downloadable BINGO clips. No purchase is required and scores have no cash value.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal entertainment and share links or game-generated result cards. You must not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, impersonate another person, submit offensive or personal information as a nickname, probe private duel tokens, distribute malware or use the site unlawfully.

3. Leaderboards and moderation

Submitting a result authorises SPINGO to display the chosen nickname and score. Entries may be removed or excluded when they appear manipulated, duplicate another identity, contain inappropriate text or threaten service integrity. Leaderboard placement is not guaranteed and may change as other players submit results.

4. Intellectual property

The SPINGO name, original wheel design, source code, game rules implementation, artwork, interface, effects and generated site assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share ordinary screenshots and game-generated cards for non-commercial social use. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell or publish a competing build from the source or assets.

5. Third-party services

The site may use hosting, Google advertising, Google consent technology, Yandex analytics and social sharing destinations. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean SPINGO controls or endorses all content on an external site.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, scoring, daily seeds or availability may change to improve fairness, security or performance. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve the game, but uninterrupted operation, permanent score storage or compatibility with every browser is not guaranteed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Estonian and applicable consumer law, SPINGO is not liable for indirect loss, lost leaderboard position, local browser data loss or failures caused by networks, devices or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
